Today I’m going to share with you the recipes to my favourite avocado toasts. I love having them for breakfast, brunch, as a snack or for a light dinner. I am sharing three different ways of making avocado toasts but you can really add anything you like or what you have left in your fridge: be creative! 🙂
Ingredients: 
Classic Avocado Toast:
- 1 slice of bread
- Half an avocado
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Egg Avocado Toast:
- Same ingredients as for the Classic Avocado Toast
- 1 egg
Tomato Avocado Toast:
- Same ingredients as for the Classic Avocado Toast
- Half a tomato
- Cilantro/Coriander
- Italian Seasoning
Instructions:
Toast your slice of bread. In the meantime, cut your avocado and your lemon in half. Once the bread is ready, take half of the avocado and put in on your bread. Using a fork, spread the avocado all over your bread. Add a little bit of lemon juice, pepper and salt.
For the Egg Avocado Toast, do the same thing but add an egg on top.
For the Tomato Avocado Toast, do the same thing as well but DON’T add the seasoning. Then cut your tomato in half and put in a bowl. Add some lemon juice, pepper, salt, italian seasoning and cilantro. Mix well. Add to the toast.
