Hey everyone!
I’ve been experimenting cooking fish lately and I came up with this DELICIOUS sauce for white fish. It’s so easy and takes no time! So go buy that fish at the supermarket and try this recipe 🙂
Ingredients:
- 1 white fish fillet (I often use basa fish)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions:
Pour the oil in your frying pan and heat it for about 2min at medium heat.
In the meantime, mix together in a bowl the honey, mustard, lemon juice, ginger, salt and black pepper.
Place the fish on the frying pan and pour 3/4 of the honey-mustard mix on top of it.
Cook your fish for about 3min on each side. Once ready, place it on your plate and pour the rest of the sauce on top.
I usually eat my fish with rice and a salad!
BON APPÉTIT! ❤
