The sun has been hiding a lot for the past 2 months here but I’m trying to stay optimistic and stay in a summery mood. And what better way to celebrate summer than with a tropical smoothie?
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup of citrus fruits (I used oranges and grapefruits)
- 1/2 cup of pineapple
- 2 big pieces of mango
- Juice of a lemon
- Water – depending on how thick or liquidy you want your smoothies to be
- Option: mint
Put everything in your blender and mix!
If your blender is not very strong and struggles to blend it all, add water or do it in different phases: start with some water and the banana, and then slowly add the other ingredients while adding more water each time.
Decorate with a raspberry or some mint leaves 🙂
