Hey everyone!
This week’s recipe is a drink once again 🙂 Mojitos are one of my favourite drinks all year long, but I enjoy them even more over the summer. There is always this vibe with moijtos during the summer: whether it’s on the beach, in a bar after work, or with friends or family in the garden. As I was having a little nap in my hammock the other day, I was craving a mojito but didn’t feel like drinking alcohol: so I started looking for recipes of virgin mojitos online, and came up with my own twist on them. Let me know in the comments what you think of it 🙂 If you have some fresh mint in your garden like me, make the most of it and use it in your drinks! So refreshing!!
Ingredients:
(for 2 mojitos)
- 3 limes
- A handful of mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons of sugar cane syrup (or sugar)
- Sparkling water, soda or lemonade
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
Squeeze 2 of the limes. Pour the juice of 1 lime in each glass.
Wash your mint leaves and add them in equal quantity to the glasses, along with 1 tablespoon of sugar cane syrup for each glass.
Crush well the mixture for a few minutes.
Cut the last lime in quarters and add them to the glasses along with the sparkling water (or soda or lemonade) and ice cubes.
BON APPÉTIT! ❤
