Pesto Roll-Ups (GF)

This week’s recipe is going to be another one my family always makes when we have people over. We usually make the Mini Quiches and these pesto roll-ups. They’re both delicious, super easy and quick to make.
Hope you enjoy them!


  • 1 refrigerated puff pastry
  • Pesto sauce (you can also make your own pesto sauce)
  • Options: olives, cheese or pine nuts


Preheat the oven at 390° Fahrenheit (200° Celsius).

Open the puff pastry and spread the pesto sauce all over the dough.
I then usually cut the dough in half so I get more roll-ups. 
Roll both halves of the pastry into long sausages.


With a sharp knife, cut small whirls out of the sausages and place them on parchment paper.


Bake for 25min or until golden.
